Spiritual Resources
Each person has a unique relationship what spiritual means to them, and how it is part of their life. In my work I support this deeply, and honor the importance of each to find and know and what is most true to them.
My own spiritual life draws from roots in ways and traditions that feel part of me in some way, and most especially in the teachings of GurujiMa – whose presence honors the depth of who each one is as a soul, and draws each one and the world forward in love and light, in hope and promise, for the present and the future of humanity and the Earth.
In this Spiritual Resource section, I share primarily links to those teachings, as they are deep and close to my heart. This is not to prescribe to anyone what they should believe or practice – but as an offering for anyone who feels in some way to moved to explore what is here. It is to support those who wish to search for what resonates with them, to find pathways through difficulties or challenges, or to nourish spiritual awareness through drawing on the source of light that is given.
No matter what a person’s spiritual orientation, belief, philosophy, doubt or not-knowing, or non-belief in the spiritual, my aim is support each person I work with, in becoming more deeply who they are and who they wish to be in their deepest heart and truth.

Among the many offerings on Light Omega YouTube that are beautiful and moving to me, there is a particular one I want to share, with a message to each and for the world – about the way to peace: Ocean of Love/ So Much Magnificence , with words by GurujiMa, and music by Miten/Deva Premal.
On the office door of my counseling practice in West Springfield, the nameplate says “Awakening Earth”. This is in connection to “An Awakening Earth“, offered by GurujiMa, and described on the Light Omega website as “a series of five prose-poems of metaphoric depth that are accompanied by live readings by GurujiMa of each one. These readings are helpful in deepening one’s perception of the new consciousness arriving on the Earth today and in creating a vision of a new Earth. They can also be used as vehicles for meditation and alignment since each one carries a high vibration of light.”
